The first step is to find out the things that matter to you – your issues, concerns and ideas for the area, the services and groups currently available and valued by you the local residents and the those working or regularly visiting the area.

There are lots of interesting and fun ways of building a picture of the community. A way to suit everyone, whether you are an extrovert and enjoy public speaking, or maybe you don’t like the limelight but prefer being behind the scenes providing practical help, are you arty or a techno whizz. What is important is that all members of the community who want to have their say and get involved do.
The Lash Hill area includes Brookside, East & West Close, Cowper Rd, Featherstone Drive, Higham Way, Herford Way, Duport Rd as well as facilities, services and groups outside Lash Hill that are important to residents.
